I had their Four Access Saver - opened after 1st May 2025, and closed before 5th April 2026, so my personal experience doesn't help directly. But I do still have the T&Cs, and it says "If you choose to have your interest paid yearly, it will be paid on 30 April. If you choose to have your interest paid monthly, it must be paid to another account, either with the West Brom or another bank or building society, and it’ll be credited on the last working day of the month."

If you're self-assessing, declare the interest received on dates from 6/4/25-5/4/26 in a tax return for that year; the interest received on the 28th April 2026 is clearly in the current tax year, and so you shouldn't declare it yet.

You should received an email around 24 hours after opening your LEMFI account (check your junk mail) which offers you the opportunity to open a 5% savings account.

Unfortunately that didn't happen, but problem resolved by updating the app.

That's an annual statement, not a statement of interest. You can request a statement of interest from the website. There's a button for each account for "Request a statement of interest", and you need to do it for each account separately. They then sent mine through the post.

I went online recently to order an interest statement from them for the year 2025 to 2026 which was to be posted to me. Like you I annoyingly received an interest statement from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026. When I phoned them up I was told that the interest statement I had ordered would be dated from 6 April 2025 to 5 April 2026, but that request had not been actioned yet. The statement I had received was an annual interest statement which is posted out every year without request. So you should get an April to April interest statement for tax purposes if you have requested one online, as well as the annual one you have received.

I have contacted Chase asking if they could offer me a new boosted rate once the current one expires, but doesn't seem likely.

Do you know how much I can transfer in single transaction from the chase account to another bank?

I am thinking to move all the funds away since the AER will drop around 2.5% in a couple of weeks

@Alicon88 RE: Chase transfer limits

The standard transfer limit for Chase is £25,000 per day.

You can check your personal limit in the app. Pick the user profile icon (top left), then Limits.

If the limit is not sufficient, there is an option there to contact them and request a higher personal limit (I've not used this option, so I don't know how easy it is).

it is simple to ask for it in the chat, but bear in mind that temporary limit increases won't be authorised over a weekend, so it wouldn't be available now before Monday… I have previously moved £85k from Chip to my main current account via Chase - could move the entire Chip balance in one go to Chase, but ran into the £25k Chase limit when getting it out to the current account.. had a chat in the app, but it was a Saturday so limit increase not available until Monday - it was easier to just move £25k on Sat/Sun/Mon with rest on Tuesday.

also worth knowing that the temp limit increase expires at midnight on day of approval.
