Issue 29.

Application process flaky! Log in, apply for new product, get allocated application no, fill in bank dets, press continue, 'sorry something went wrong'. Have retried twice with same result. Anyone successfully applied as an existing customer?

I applied as an existing customer at about 6pm and everything worked, including closing my old account, with closing interest added; and transferring the proceeds of my Issue 27 to my new account. I also made a small payment from my current account to the new account and the COP identification worked too.

Thanks. I tried again 19:20 and everything worked fine including close and transfer. I will save making a payment / CoP until tomorrow morning.

Interestingly, this time round my application reference was an eight digit number beginning with 7 whereas on the failure process I was given a nine digit number beginning with 8.
