Tesco Internet Saver 4.16% (1.05% standard + 3.11% 1 year fixed bonus)
Just creeps into ToTPs

Yes, if you want to fill up a LemFi account the restrictions make it not really worth it given the decent rate only lasts 6 months. However, I think that's a problem that the vast majority do not have to deal with. Also it's probably best to avoid if you want to be regularly shunting 4 figure sums in and out. After a bit of a bumpy start, I'm now happy with how the account is working and have stuck a decent amount in.

Does anyone know if you can now close and transfer a previous Internet Saver online or do you still have to phone to request? Before I decide whether to move my £1.23 they have at 4.06%.

HTB have passed on the feedback about having a close and transfer option to another HTB account rather than just to your nominated account.
They didn't explain why they issued a new numeric user id, just told me to keep using my old (email) one.

Transfer can be done online but closing a zero balance account can now be done in the app - via the 3 dots/dashes icon bottom right when viewing the account.

Online there's a form you can email them but it hasn't worked for me lately
In the app you can close it as @jak22 says above but it didn't work for me this morning or 3 weeks ago ('an error occurred')
Phoning still works well and is quite quick

@soulsaver - new issue of Tembo Money Homesaver @ 4.55% incl 1.55% bonus for 12 months (£10 min, £20k max)

As with other accounts paying interest annually, assuming the bonus element is paid on anniversary of opening then that now falls in tax year 2027/28 which will have a different rate of tax on interest, whereas for a Tesco saver opened in February or March the bonus will arrive in the current tax year. The standard variable portion is listed as being paid in March.
