OK, there was a fix that was to be in place week commencing 29th July; what happened to that please?
As mentioned above, there was an error in the Release Notes.
I've just checked on this and currently the fix is expected in week of August 26th
It's Friday of week commencing 26/08 and it is still happening; was the release implemented?

    Hi @Le_Kirk

I can see that the notes for this year's version 16 is -
Fixed issue where 'Back' browser button took users to the bottom of the page for Some customers.
(As mentioned, previously it wrongly said was going to be fixed in another version)

...and I can see that overnight we moved to version 16.

So I've really got my fingers crossed this letter will let me know this is now fixed! 🤞

  • This is still happening for me. Nothing to do with using the ‘back’ browser. I mostly read my bookmarked threads via icon top right. (White circle with head & shoulders silhouette). It tells me how many unread posts then when I click the thread I am sent to the bottom of the page and have to find the unread posts

    Hi

It turns out that there was a serious (separate) issue with the recent update, and it was almost immediately rolled back. This fix is now scheduled for the next update.

Apologies!  This is why we don't usually give details of the precise time when an issue is likely to be fixed - To avoid disappointment if there are any issues and it can't happen on time. And, unfortunately, for this issue there has been several delays.
