Hi everyone,
I already had an existing Select account with Natwest, and applied for the switch to the Reward using the link and have had notifications today that the switch has completed (although mobile app still showing it as my old Select account). I have around £800 in my existing account and as I don't get paid again until 19th am wondering if there is a deadline for putting the £1250 needed for the bonus in? I do have some savings in another account I could move in - would you suggest that I do that (assume would only need to move £650 to move it up to £1250?)?
Many thanks!!0 -
Moved my £1250 into my Ulster account on Wednesday. Expecting/hoping the £200 to land today or tomorrow, due to the bank holidays and weekend.0

Do NW and RBS send an SMS when the bonus is put it?0

Anyone else running into the problem that they have opened the account, but claim subsequently not to have your date of birth, and want you to go into a branch with your passport to sort this out? I'm sure I must have given them my date of birth when I opened the account.
Edit: They say "There might be a glitch so that your date of birth could have been deleted."!0
