Like others, my funding and DC payments on the 1st don't appear to have registered, so I've done again today just in case.
I know. It's been like this for years. If the transactions show in your account, you have made them. Doesn't matter what the tracker says.
I have had dozens and dozens of payments, none has ever been missing. I am therefore happy to say that if you meet the requirements, Halifax will reliably pay you, regardless of what the Tracker says
Doesn't quite work the other way round. If they pay you by mistake then you're not going to complain about it.
I've had these reward accounts from pretty much when they started & haven't missed a payment yet either, but I don't recall a time when it didn't track. There was an issue last year, but Halifax fixed in time.
There are however, many on here who will tell you that despite meeting the requirements, they didn't get paid when there was a tracking fault. Then had to chase it up.
I am not convinced that people were not paid despite having met the actual eligibility criteria.1 -

Do you have any deposits or debit card purchases on 1st and 2nd of May?0 -
This morning, the tracker is showing I have now qualified for the £5 cash offer having spent at least £500 with my debit card.
I presume the tracker is basing it on what I spent last week, excluding the untracked purchases made on 1st May 2024.0 -

Yeah, transactions from 1st & 2nd still aren't showing2 -
Same here for me - transactions from 01May aren't showing. I don't usually pay attention to it and I'm definitely not losing sleep over it, but I've done another set of transactions just in case. Much easier to do that than having to kick up a fuss down the road if it doesn't pay out because of a glitch or something.

Anyone using Revolut for £500, as had warning about excessive topups/transfer when I used app 2 days ago. I only use Revolut for 3 Reward accounts and made 3 £500 transfers on 1 May as usual, then repeated 3 transfers 2 days ago, as the tracker wasnt showing completed. Also paid in £1500 again 2 days ago and this is now showing as tracked.0

There's a list of accounts that could be used for debit card deposits on this thread:
