There's definitely a problem. My debit card spending made on the 1st May (debited on 2nd) hasn't tracked but debit card spending made on the 2nd May (debited on 3rd) has. Money into the account made on 1st or 2nd May hasn't tracked but money in from 7th May onwards has.

If history is anything to go by, when the tracker doesn't show you're on track when it should, the rewards don't get paid. I think they did eventually fix it after a deluge of complaints last time.

Seems everything is now tracking correctly again.

None of my 3 rewards accounts tracking correctly either.

4 x debit card transactions made on 1st May 2024 totalling £295 and cleared on 2nd May 2024 (2 x Yorkshire Building Society; 2 x Skipton Building Society) not showing as tracked.

1 debit card transaction made on 5th May 2024 for £2.49 showing as tracked and eligible as of today, 11th May 2024.

Paid for shopping yesterday at Sainsbury's and also my monthly regular subscription to Halifax ShareBuilder - these 2 transactions should show tracked next week sometime (approx. £280).

I have also made another debit card payment to Skipton today for £200. Will check next week to see if it tracks.

Paid in £4,500 on 1st May 2024 which has been tracked and classed as eligible for the reward.

Thanks for starting this thread.
I have two Halifax Reward accounts.
For each any transaction recorded on 1 or 2 May has not been tracked but those on 3 May or later have.
I may venture into a branch on Monday to ask what is going on.

My Reward tracker is still saying I am not on track for the reward - but the £5 has been paid to my (3x) accounts in the last hour.

Anyone still using Revolut for the £500 debit card payments? Also just has £5 for x3 accounts even though tracker said not qualified for £1500 and £500 when completed on 1 May.

As the tracker is a bit haphazard, I never bother with it now. I have multiple Reward accounts, cycle £1,500 through them on the 1st of every month, 'spend' £500 at the same time with debit card transactions to a savings account in my name. Using the tracker isn't a pre-requisite for getting the reward, meeting the qualification criteria is. It's easy and quick to confirm that these transactions show in the account transaction list, and that therefore the T&Cs for the reward have been met.

For several years, I have been getting my fivers without fail every month, on the 12th or next working day. This month's fivers have been credited today.

Today's £5 payment(s) are for last month's activity though.

Like others, my funding and DC payments on the 1st don't appear to have registered, so I've done again today just in case.
