I'm in the same position. Paid in £1500 on the 1st as usual. The tracker says I've paid nothing towards the monthly requirement up until the 6th.

Mine has tracked a BACS payment into the account, but not a faster payment which would have taken the total over £1,500. The FP was earlier in the month than the BACS.

Nothing on the spend, but I expected them to take longer to clear/register due to the Bank Holiday.

Have noticed that the activity made on 2nd May hasn't tracked. But later transactions have so not a timing issue.
    Anyone else had this issue?
I do all the requirements on the 1st and I checked it on 3rd or 4th, whenever it updated, and it had it all complete. I checked again today and now it says £0 has been spent, £0 has been deposited. Might just be a bug but I’m redoing the requirements.

You were probably seeing April's tracker still. When it works it's about 6 working days behind, bank holiday will have made it seem longer this time.

My advice is always to leave the tracker alone as it is so delayed and often broken as to be almost useless. The only thing I take any note of on there is the warnings that come up when rewards are about to expire.

By activity do you mean debit card payments?

If so, you should be aware they don't all complete at the same speed - even if you use the same retailer.
Card payments & deposit. Speed is irrelevant as later ones have worked.

Speed isn't irrelevant - because the tracker won't count them until they complete, which can be as little as one day later and as much as a week (or more potentially). Once they've completed, they'll show at the same very delayed speed as deposits (6 working days ish)

In this case it as as they've tracked items paid 5 days AFTER. And I'm talking about internal transfers for the funding bit not just the clearing of Debit card transactions

None of my internal transfers made on 1st May are showing tracking at all.

None of my deposits or card spending has registered yet this month. Could this be due to the bank holiday? If not I think there's a wider problem.

There's definitely a problem. My debit card spending made on the 1st May (debited on 2nd) hasn't tracked but debit card spending made on the 2nd May (debited on 3rd) has. Money into the account made on 1st or 2nd May hasn't tracked but money in from 7th May onwards has.

If history is anything to go by, when the tracker doesn't show you're on track when it should, the rewards don't get paid. I think they did eventually fix it after a deluge of complaints last time.

I'm in the third year of having this account. The tracker is often days behind. I always move money through on the first of the month (not showing for me yet this month) and pay out by debit card £500 on about the 14th. I've never not got the reward. In the first year I obsessed with the tracker but now I rarely look at it.

Being days behind is normal. What's not normal but has happened once before is that it hasn't picked up activity on certain days despite otherwise being up to date. And when that has happened in the past, the rewards weren't paid (but we're paid after a fix was implemented weeks after the rewards were supposed to be paid and after they were credited manually on complaint so some people got them twice when this happened before).

When did this happen, sorry? The only occurences I'm aware of where rewards haven't been paid but activity completed, it turned out the users in question had failed to renew their rewards in time for their activity to count.
