Do you have any deposits or debit card purchases on 1st and 2nd of May?

My repeat transactions from 13th May and 14th May are now tracked correctly after the transactions from 1st and 2nd May never registered.0

Is there any word of this being fixed ? Before this month, it was announced as fixed, but the problems have rolled into May. Personally I will avoid doing any of the necessary transactions on these accounts on the first few days of the month as it’s those that seemed to not track ( everything from 3rd May did track ).It’s a pain to do it all the twice - for paranoia’s sake of three green ticks I know - but I’d rather delay a few days than have to repeat the process, and paranoia does always get the better of me and I’ll never be one of those to just leave it even when having completed the requirements, if it says not on track I’ll not ever assume it actually is!0

Anyone else had this issue?
I put two payments of £1000 into all my reward accounts.
Im sure they were seen to have been received and the tracker updated earlier this month ? .....anyway now on the 16th May the two payments of £1000 made on the 2nd are not showing as tracked0 -
Have been funding a National Savings account using debit cards to receive the £5 on a series of Halifax Reward accounts for a long time.
On the 12th May I did not receive the reward on 2 of these accounts, although I did on the others.
i started a webchat to query this and quick as a flash was told I didn’t qualify as I had not made the appropriate Debit Card payments. When I said I had spent over £500 I was advised that under the conditions spending
“When you make a money transfer to another account”
does not qualify and hence the debit card payment to National Savings had been excluded.
i didn’t mention that payments on my other accounts had been accepted. I have therefore made similar payments this month on these accounts hoping they will continue to qualify.
Has anyone else been advised of this?0 -

The transactions have always been dated much later in the month. Around 20th.0

Ring them up this time so some random adviser cant make up silly excuses and you can fight your corner verbally .
You didnt make a bank or money transfer if they argue that idiotic lie....you made debit card payments as per the terms and conds .
Whatever the outcome do this.
Put in a complaint ....which they will try to divert you from doing as they do not want complaints
Make your complaint anyway no matter how nice or manipulative they become but do so nicely....as it will later work out in your favour ££.
Make sure you keep tabs on how long all your efforts take in minutes/hours to put things right when doing this.
Do it all when you are relaxed with time on your hands as it can take a hour .They will try and resolve your complaint on this first call with a offer and close the complaint .
