From what I can gather the reward will now not be paid if any of the money comes from one account and is then transferred to another account.
So if you transfer money into your your account and then use your debit card to transfer to another saving account you will not now get the reward.
If you transfer any money into your reward account and then transfer it to another account it will not count to your reward.
Up until last month the above did not apply so they have changed the rules without telling anyone!
For the DC spend, transfers out have never qualified.
For the monthly funding, transfers in, even from your own Halifax accounts, have always qualified.

Our (8) Reward accounts have all, as ever since launch, tracked again this month with DC payments to our saving accounts.3 -

I'm pretty sure that is wrong.Joe9090 said:I started a new thread on this yesterday not knowing this one existed.

None of monthly transactions on 1 May tracked.
On 22nd, I made an external £1500 payment into one of my Halifax accounts, which I then transferred to the other two. I made three DC payments to Skipton. My 3 Halifax accounts are all now saying I have qualified for this month's reward.
I don't think any conditions have changed. This looks like a tracking issue.2 -

I think you are right. A number of people have said it's a tracking issue but I was not so sure until you posted.Nick_C said:

It’s a bit hit & miss this month. On 2/5 I paid in £1790 from external account & £500 by debit card to Barclaycard. Similar transactions every month. Debit card shows 3/5 & qualifies but deposit doesn’t🤔
I’ll see what happens0 -

@badger09 It may not be too late to bounce £1500 in and out and save lengthy wait on the phone (for £5) if the reward doesn't pay in June...badger09 said:It’s a bit hit & miss this month. On 2/5 I paid in £1790 from external account & £500 by debit card to Barclaycard. I did consider that but admit to being a bit curious, & stubborn😉. I would have to withdraw from savings to meet funding requirement again. I’ve already met them once, so if Halifax don’t pay reward on time, I’ll ask for explanation. Perhaps if enough people are affected they’ll sort out whatever glitch caused it.soulsaver said:

I get your point but surely the line of least resistance is the better use of your time. Withdraw from savings, bounce through the accounts and return to savings is surely far easier than spending time on the phone to someone who will likely not know what you're talking about and even if they do, can't actually fix it without passing it on to another department..badger09 said:

You'll find out if it all starts going wrong when the £3 monthly fee gets charged for not paying in the £1,500 early next week. If that fee takes you overdrawn (and as you dont see it charged until the day after it's too late to correct it) then it'll also affect the reward for the following month. Of course, Halifax will have to compensate you to sort it all out.badger09 said:

My theory is that the "tracker" is a service on its own, with its own bugs and quirks, separate from whatever determines whether fees are paid and rewards given.0 -

If that was the case then it seems strange that people had problems being paid rewards the last time there was a tracker problem.WillPS said:
