You didnt make a bank or money transfer if they argue that idiotic lie....you made debit card payments as per the terms and conds .
Whatever the outcome do this.
Put in a complaint ....which they will try to divert you from doing as they do not want complaints
Make your complaint anyway no matter how nice or manipulative they become but do so nicely....as it will later work out in your favour ££.
Make sure you keep tabs on how long all your efforts take in minutes/hours to put things right when doing this.
Do it all when you are relaxed with time on your hands as it can take a hour .They will try and resolve your complaint on this first call with an hank you for your advice BlueonBluroffer and close the complaint .
As we are going away until the end of next week, I’ll not be able to phone /complain until late next week but will come back and advise the outcome.1 -

I'm not doing anything. My wife and I satisfied all the conditions on May 1st. I don't care what the tracker says, the payouts will happen one way or another.

I'm expecting it to. I paid in £1500 on the 1st which hasn't tracked, but then I paid in £700 on the 8th to pay my Barclaycard and it tracked okay. I think it was only the first few days that are missing...2 -

I have decided it will be easier for me to do the transactions again than go through the route of complaining to Halifax.0 -
I started a new thread on this yesterday not knowing this one existed.
From what I can gather the reward will now not be paid if any of the money comes from one account and is then transferred to another account.
So if you transfer money into your your account and then use your debit card to transfer to another saving account you will not now get the reward.
If you transfer any money into your reward account and then transfer it to another account it will not count to your reward.
Up until last month the above did not apply so they have changed the rules without telling anyone!
