I was very lucky with SW & would love to try it again, but finances & class locations are a big handicap right now.
I guess a lot of it has changed in the 13 years I've been away....for one thing what is heb!?!??
One pud I recall, was very low fat fromage frais with a couple of spoonfuls of sugar free angel whip stuff stirred into it.......Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Hiya! I decided the other day after putting on a bit of weight on hols that I really needed to get back into Slimming World again. I don't think we have a local class here anymore so will be going it alone. So far I have lasted a whole 3 days but fell off the wagon today as it was my niece's 3rd birthday party.....OOPS!
Will hopefully get back into it tomorrow - I would even be happy with half a stone so I can fit comfortably into all my clothes but last time I did it I lost nearly 2 stone (put it all back on now tho as I have ben so bad!)"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

If you go to the I Wanna Board there is a sticky at the top called Lose Weight. Many of the members are doing Slimming World and there are lots of recipes (linked to post number 1).
It is against copyright to put the SW password on the forums and can result in the board being closed down, so please don't post it any more.
You will find that the password given lasts from Monday week 1 to Thursday of week 2 (almost 2 weeks) so if you miss a class you can still try last weeks. Also of course, you can ring your Consultant - that is what she's there for after all.
Incidentally redpoison, if you're having Bran Flakes and not All Bran, it's 28gms not 42 (sorry!).
Finally, the 20 cals = 1 syn works on some foods but not all by any means, so be careful if using this method.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Sorry I've not answered before, I've only just seen your post.
The ham would be free (cooked by yourself I presume) as long as you remove all the fat. Parsley sauce would have to be synned depending how you make it. The packet sauces 28gm dry weight are around 5 syns but I expect that would be shared out among the family so you'd have a portion of that.
