Frusli are 6 too, there is too much sugar in them to use as a B

SW used to sell their own brand of cereal bars which counted as one HE, perhaps you could buy some at your next meeting?

As part of the service you pay for you should have access to Syns information online, and your class leader should give you the password. Ask her about it at the next session.

You could try having fruit or a Mullerlite yogurt if you're peckish. Sadly they don't make their chocolate flavoured yogurt any more :(

    Hiya, welcome to SW!
For a choccie hit, I highly recommend the HiFi bar (SW branded) - chocolate and orange one.
What days are you doing - red, green, or mixture? I prefer green as I can stuff myself with loads of pasta and not feel guilty! and I *mean* eat as much as you want if it's free, I ate so much of it I was convinced I wasn't gonna lose weight, but I lost 2lbs that week.

If you want to look up the syn value of anything, as filigree says, go to the slimming world website and login using the password your consultant gave you (it changes every week). tip: don't use the manufacturer's search, it's more trouble than it's worth... I just use the "basic/non branded" search and it still brings up the branded food!

    HTH!

You can do it without paying for the online subscription with the help of all the lovely people on this forum http://messageboards.ivillage.co.uk/iv-ukdfslimming If there are syns you are unsure of, someone on here usually knows or can find out.
They have a great recipe section and people post up their meal plans to give you ideas. Check it out and I hope it helps :)

That looks interesting, thanks for the tip :T

Just have to say I was and still am a member of slimming world. I joined 4 years ago and lost 3 stone in 6 months and am now back trying to lose the last 6 pound of my baby weight. I would recommend staying to class to anyone, I haven't done recently and I can really tell. I sneak food when I shouldn' and don't count it as a syn.

From monday though, I will be staying to class, I NEED TO SHIFT THIS EXCESS WEIGHT.

any one wanting to try SW I would say, go for it. staying to class helps as you hear how much people have lost and if you are like me you look at them and think how!?!?!? you will then try harder for the next week.

fingers crossed for anyone on a healthy eating regime (don't like the word diet)
