You can get them at class (we have them at the class I attend). They come in different flavours such as
Hi-fi Bar, Adorable Apricot & White Chocolate 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Berry Black Forest 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Charming Chocolate & Orange 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Cheeky Cherry & Almond 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Classy Cranberry & Yogurt 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Cracking Christmas Pud 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Gorgeous Ginger & Orange 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Mmm Mint Crunch 32g bar
Hi-fi Bar, Tempting Toffee & Pecan 32g bar

You can have them as an HEB or syn them. the chaming chocolate and orange is 6 syns for one 32g bar if you have used your HEB for other things. I think the other hi-fi bars are about the same amount of syns (if you are synning them)

They are quite nice - I have only really bought the Chocolate and orange flavour which do go down well with a nice cup of tea. They make for a handy rescue plan to stick in your bag or your desk at work for those must have something to eat right now moments.

Another thought! if you want to see what they look like, have a look on ebay but dont buy them. you can expect to pay £1.25 for a pack of three bars at class not the high prices they sell for on ebay!!
  • Hi guys, well done to all those who have lost.

I am feeling down today, feel really fat and bloated. went out for a meal with people from work - major syns consumed!!! they had fruit and yoghurt on the menu for dessert but everyone said 'oh no you can't go out for dinner and have healthy stuff' so i ended up with cookie and cappuchino. stupid peer pressure why do i do that to myself? as if the thai curry main meal wasn't high enugh in syns already. grrrrr. only good point is i drove to avoid the pressure to drink.

really annoyed, i feel like whatever i do won't be good enough and im destined to be fat and horrible for ever
