Ok, so my first red day in a long time - I've got planned - free sausages, bacon and egg for brekkie, bacon or sausage sarnie for lunch (might have to syn some tom sauce or mayo with that) and gammon with fried egg, jacket potato and green beans for dinner. Doesn't sound that exciting does it? No extra snacks other than yoghurts and fruit. Hmmm.0

HI ELLA , DONT WORRY MATE AS I NEVER IN ALL THE TIME IVE DONE S/W , LOST MY WEIGHT FAST , JUST SET SOME TIME A SIDE AND GET YOUR FOOD DIARY OUT , MAKE A SHOPPING LIST OF WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE WEEK , GET ANY OLD S/W MAGS OUT , IF YOU HAV'NT GOT ANY , PHONE YOUR SLIMMING WORLD CONSULTANT AND ASK TO LEND ANY SHE MITE HAVE ,OR WHEN AT CLASS , GO THROUGH ANY RECIPY THEY HAVE ON THE TABLE AND TAKE A PEN AND NOTE BOOK WITH YOU AND MAKE NOTES OF WHATS LOW SYNED AND SYN FREE ON THE PACKETS ON THE TABLES AT CLASS .
ALWAYS HAVE A NOTE PAD IN YOUR BAG TO WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU EAT WHEN OUT AND PUT STRAIGHT ON YOUR FOOD DIARY WHEN HOME , ITS EASY TO FORGET .
WHEN SHOPPING MAKE A LIST OF FRESH FOOD FIRST,(SUPERSPEED)AND A LIST FROM YOUR FOOD DIRECTORY OF SOME LOW SYNED FREEZER FOOD FOR QUICKNESS , LABLE IT WHEN YOU GET HOME STRAIGHT AWAY , THAT WAY WHEN YOU TAKE IT OUT TO USE IT , YOU KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY NO QUESSING (HIDDEN SYN) , THE SAME WITH EVERYTHING IN YOUR FRIAGE CUPBOARD .
LAMANATE YOUR FOOD DIARY AND PUT IT BY YOUR KETTLE , AS MOST PEOPLE PUT THAT ON ALOT AND THAT WILL REMIND YOU TO DO IT .
TRY AND DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN , I DRINK HOT LEMON & SWEETNER , DIET COKE ,SQUASH, TEA, COFFEE, .
READ FLAT ERIC THREAD ON THE 10 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW :T .
A ND A BIG MUST TRY NEW FOODS DONT KEEP EATING THE SAME THING FOR BREKKIE ,LUNCH ,DINNER , SHAKE YOUR BODY UP .
GO SHOPPING WHEN YOU'VE ALREADY EATEN THAT WAY YOU WANT BUY ANY THING REALLY NOUGHTY AND THINK NO-ONE CAN SEE , I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT , WE'VE ALL DONE IT , ITS BECAUSE YOUR HUNGRY.
GO SHOPPING WITH A FREIND WHOS DOING S/W AND SPLIT THE BILL ON OFFER THINGS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE THINGS .

I do that...If something has syns, Im so good I get mostly free thing, I write the number on syns on the packet/tin/box. That way I dont have to go looking through books/on the net or worse guess (!!!!) the syn value!
A lil question for you all, I worked on call last night so was up from 9 am yesterday until 11 am this morning, apart from a lil break I had in work. Now up to what point do I count a days syns/HEs, until midnight? After iv slept?
Also if I have 1 alpen light bar & count it as a HEb but have the other tomorrow can I not count it?

IVE HAD TODAY .
BACON AND EGG ON TOAST - JUST A NOTE ON THAT , I PUT THE THREE W/W BROWN ON THE PLATE AND THEN PUT THE BACON ON TOP PLUS EGGS ON TOP OF THAT AND EAT ONE SLICE AT A TIME , IF I MAKE INTO A SANDWITCH I CUT IN HALF AND I SEEM TO EAT IT QUICKER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
IVE HAD FRIUT YOGHURT .
FOR DINNER IM HAVING LAMB SHEPPARD PIE WITH BUTTERNUTSQUASH & CARROT MASHED ON TOP , LOTS OF FREE VEG .

Whatever works for you - possibly easier with your waking hours due to red green - swapping from green to red at the stroke of midnight probably wouldn't work!
Also if I have 1 alpen light bar & count it as a HEb but have the other tomorrow can I not count it? You have to count it as that next days HEB too but you'er depriving yourself of half the fibre allocated to you.

I didn't want to pop to the supermarket before the weekend though. Which jellies are low syn alerady made up that I could get from the supermarket tomorrow lunchtime? Might think about the vanilla yoghurt though it'll stink the office out! Thanks :T

I WORK NIGHTS , I GO IN FOR 8 AND WORK UNTIL 6 AND GET HOME FOR 7 .
I EAT LIKE NORMAL , BREKKIE , LUNCH ,DINNER AT HOME ,BUT I SAVE ONE OF MY H/B FOR NIGHTS .
I HAVE TWO ALPINE LIGHTS ,A YOGHURT ,FRUIT, AND I SYN FENCHFRYS 4 1/2 SYNS AND I EAT THEM THROGH THE NIGHT .
I WANT TAKING ANYTHING IN BEFORE AND WAS STAYING THE SAME OR PUTTIN ON AND MY S/W CONSALTANT TOLD ME MY BODY WAS STOREING MY FOOD AS IT WAS ON STARVATION MODE AS I WAS ON THE GO ALL NIGHT, SO I DID WHAT SHE SAID , I EAT THROGH THE NIGHT AND IT WORKS.

Thanks all, On call messes me up, especially as its only 1 night at a time so no routine to it, back in at 9am tomorrow. I did ok last night, for 1 it was too busy to get a proper break but i took 2 alpen light bars had 1 in the evening & 1 as brekkie and had a tub of cottage cheese (free) with ryviata to keep me going!
Got left over mushroom & potato pie for tonight, yum yum, if i ever move off this sofa!!
