I have plenty of chicken and mince so I have have to use those until I can get my head round it all.
Ok, cheese is a HEA, beans are a HEB on red (free on green), porridge I think is synned - did you weigh 28g out? You could have chicken salad exc sweetcorn, or green beans and a jacket potato?0 -
Oh !!!!!! your other HEB was your toast. If thats all you've eaten turn it into a green day. HEA cheese, HEB bread, porridge synned, beans free.
You can have chicken (113g) with unlimited savoury (flavoured) rice, pasta, salad inc everything, HM chips and peas!, mash, jacket whatever for free.0 -
Afternoon all, well I put on 1/2lb today and it total since starting a month ago have only last 2 1/2lb :-(
I dont know why I cant get my head round it, I really need to get away from hubby and kids and just sit and read my books........
We had a taster day today, everyone brought some sw food in so we could pick up some hints and tips, a lady brought in a big bowl of mackerel, mixed with spring onion and fromage frai and it was gorgeous. Out of everything that was brought in that went the fastest and it was syn free mmmm........also crab pate and sainsburys marshmallowswent pretty fast too.
Ive just thought but our leader didnt give us the password today which is unlike her, could someone kindly pm it if possible?
Well done to all the loosers out there x0 -
Hi Ella, it does take sometime to get your head around! If you have any questions do ask us on here. That mackrel with spring onion and fromage frais sounds nice! Might keep that idea for another day! You've lost more in a month than my OH has since September - I wouldn't worry - it'll all happen at once and you'll probably be the biggest loser of us all! (in a nice way!)0

I joined last night and I am completly baffalled as to what I am meant to be eating and not eating?????
I've started off on a red day, so if anyone can help me then that would be great.
Thanks
One of the best ways to learn how to make meals from the foods you can eat on any particular day, is to buy the magazine. There are always some 7 day plans which contain much of what you would normally have in the pantry and are easy to put together and very tempting.
The mag will cost you £2.45 in the shops but only £1.50 in group, a bargain!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Blimey I cant wait to be a looser for once ;-)0
