    WHAT ABOUT MAKING A ALLDAY BREAKFAST QUICHE ?.
    6 LOW FAT SAUSAGES.
    6 BACON SLICES .
    40Z BUTTON MUSHROOMS.
    1 ONION.
    3 EGGS.
    680G COTTAGE CHEESE - LOW FAT.
    MIXED HERBS.
    CUT UP AND COOK BACON , SAUSAGES, ONION , THEN ADD TO ONIONS TO BOTTOM OF DISH .
    THEN ADD THINLY SLICED SAUSAGE & BACON AND MUSHROOMS ON TOP .
    MIX THE OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR ON TOP .
    BAKE FOR 30 ON GAS MARK 5 :j

    This sounds absolutely De - Li- Cious! Was gonna have a red day tomorrow so will be popping into tesco to see what the lowest syn sausages are.

    (havent been on for a week cos last week was SERIOUSLY bad and was too embrassed to pop on here)

    Actually i cant wait till tomorrow - gonna go to tesco now, so i can make it tonight and eat it straight away for breakfast in the morning. :D

    We've all done that before, so no worries. The nice thing about support from other slimmers is that we all know what it's like to slip up (many times, some of us:o)

    Oooh forgot to say, chips were absolutely delicious.

    My husband has just come home with Muller light layered strawberry yoghurts (fat free). Can't find 'em in the book. Does anyone know if they're free?

    That sounds really good! I usually do a green day version with sliced potato and onion.... Tastes great hot or cold.....

    Think I will be trying this tomorrow as well.....

    According to the bible (Food Directory P86) Mullerlight Layers 175g pot are 1.5 syns on both red and green days

    Well I stayed the same...really disappointed as ive only lost half a pound in 2 weeks now and ive been so good.

    Also didnt stay to class so can someone let me know the password please?
