I was just wondering what you would say to me if I said I wasn't sure about going to class???? I think you know what that would be. Get yourself to class and don't worry about it.
Well I'm weighing myself, so I'll definitely know if I don't attendand don't want to have to tell myself off. I feel like I'm eating too much for me to lose much though...
Skint-Catt, don't beat yourself up about birthday cake...life's too short. It's just a little blip and well done for getting back on track now:T:smileyheagpuss0 -
I'm in Morden, Surrey.
I agree, you cannot beat yourself up for a slight "blip", after all , isn't a "blip" motivational?
I had a banana muffin on the way to work yesterday, because I wanted to feeling I had earned it by being so good so far all week!
I had my mags split up, after a suggestion from my last SW attempt - it does make life an awful lot easier!
I also have started to work out the values of "alien" recipes so I can use those at times too, also trying some with alternative ingredients....Can't go without some of my favourites!
Thanks for the egg information, I always find they "bung" me up anyhow, so I try to keep them to a minimum.
Right, time to get ready for today's shift...
Cheers you lotAttend SW Tuesdays =

I weighed last night and put on 1 1/2 pounds. Not surprised. I have been picking for two weeks and it has finally caught up with me and bitten me on the bum!!:rotfl: that picking includes the woolworths pick and mix
so im doing a food diary this week and those sas logs.
Im going to route through all my mags and recipe books and plan some yummy meals and try my hardest this week to stick to it as much as possible including the weekends when i often end up with syn overload on alcohol!!! If only red wine was not so many syns
I also got my new food directory last night SO CONFUSING but I think once I have got the hang of it, it will be much better.0 -
