Fab, good to have you on board Penguin! How much have you dropped so far and how much more do you have to go?
I have done SW in the past and lost a little over a stone - I seem to remember it being really easy to stick too because i could adapt my meals easily. Heres hoping I find it as easy this time ;o/
I went and bought a new blender in the sales today as I remember living on soups last time! (I LOVE soups!!)

It has taken about 8 weeks BUT I have a lot of weight to lose. I have put a pound on each week for the last 3 weeks so I really need to get cracking again in the new year! xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Can you REALLY eat lots of meat etc on red days and lots of rice, pasta and potatoes on green days? If so how do you lose weight when a lot of calories are consumed?" The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

Hi, I joined SW 10 weeks ago and I have lost a stone which I am really pleased with.
I love red days. I really do eat as much meat as I want which usually means something like chicken curry with 2 chicken breasts, a pile of runner beans and no rice. On green days I love chunky oven chips (massive pile) with baked beans and a fried egg.
As time has gone on, my portions have got a bit smaller naturally....I certainly never feel deprived.
I really like my classes and hope you all do really well.Katie.0
