Good job on the DW cleaning cycle. I really should get round to doing one sometime soon. I'm very good at doing the WM to get rid of the dog/cat hair, but the DW always seems to have stuff in it.

Great news on the skip - the windows will be disruptive, messy, and expensive, but well worth doing.

I'm sorry to hear about the faff with the car keys!  Isn't technology wonderful - well now and again!😡
But hooray for helpful builders!  How nice of them to move the extra waste into the skip for you.
i hate waking up to kitchen mess as well!  I've been lurking round DD's kitchen before bed each evening making sure everything's gone into the dishwasher!

Oh bad luck on the car key. Glad it was only an hour to get sorted - usually 3 for me when that kind of thing happens! Sympathies on the getting cold and the £30!

Yaay for both the skip and the builders moving big bulky things for you 🤩 and the SPACE that is appearing around you. That must feel wonderful as you’ve been working towards that for a while now 😊

Pah to the keys,  how annoying! We locked ours in the car once,  while at my mum's house. They were just sat there on the seat in full view.  Had to wait ages for the RAC (not a priority as we were sat inside the house!) Easily done, and very annoying.

Glad you're feeling a bit brighter, and that the builders have filled the skip 😊

What a lovely picture you paint of your garden in the snow! The poor birds have been keeping a low profile here as it's poured ever since it stopped snowing.

Great launch into the New Year Redo! You've reminded me I have vitamins to take today. I did think of Flylady too but I think I've internalised some of that so I'll just try to add the sink tidy part more often as I found it really helped.
Yes the sink tidy is for me the one I come back to, all else I fail

    The muffins sound awesome!
    Well done on resisting ;)

@Seasidegal58 I have had a LED mask for 1.5 years now - it's Ladya game changer.. they really are great and make a difference to the skin. Mine has the NIR  (near infra red) rays which are great for ageing skin - but even those with red/blue still work well

@LadyWithAPlan - the mask sounds very good!  What make is the one you use?
I bought mine on Tem* 15 months ago  a NIR one and its been amazing.
However there are 2 types   - ones with NIR (near infra red) and cheaper ones who have the normal colours

If you are paying £190 upwards in the UK  make sure it has NIR.
Or the cheaper ones without NIR are about £20 on Temu and £100 +  elswhere

Just looking at Boots there is a  £195 one which has NIR  and they have 10% off with code SAVE10

BEAUTYPRO PHOTON LED Light Therapy Facial Mask

Sensse Elite 8 light led face mask IS £229 (also NIR)

I can look at T*mu for you and post you a link but dm me for that
Looking at Temu quickly you can get one without NIR from £14 upwards and a great one £25.41 from £99.

Lovely to hear about your garden Redo. My mum is feeding the squirrels and pigeons daily and has a group of 9am regulars now who all share the lawn together.
Plus she feeds the foxes at night out the front  ;)
