Looking really good progress Nmm. Ambitious target but I’m sure you can do it. We moved mid-August and I picked up love cats for the first time last night. Long way to go yet!

Hi everyone,

Long time no posting.

Thank you to @nmm and @Charly27 for the birthday wishes last week. I was in Crete with DH - was glad of the sunshine and R&R but the hotel left a lot to be desired which was a shame. 

I haven't crafted for a while. Have a free evening tonight as DH is going to the pub quiz, so I'm going to get Jingle Bells out again and have a go. It's a lovely HSC design which is easy to pick up and put down as they have a real 'structure' to them.

@nmm - seascape is looking fab. You have reminded me about the Christmas Card Exchange. Who's in??
Let me know by end of October and I'll add you to the list. 

Good to hear you've moved @Charly27 - I hope the cross stitching was in the box "essential items" with the kettle and teabags!! 

Our house was surveyed yesterday and we had the one we are buying surveyed last week. Nothing we are worried about so just need to wait a week or so for our FTB to be happy about our house. I expect there will be some questions.

Update time on Seascape, i can see the finish line. I have a crochet christmas jumper to make but trying my hardest to complete this first.

Morning all. NMM seascape is really taking shape. Thanks for asking about the house. We’re here and finding it easier to work on living here. DH taken voluntary redundancy and I handed in my notice to leave in December. The sale of the other house is ongoing - albeit slowly. Bad cross stitcher as I barely wielded a needle since we’ve been here. Wonder if I need to switch it back to pique my interest!

A bit late in posting but i completed page 7 of 8 earlier in the week, the last page is only a small one, my aim is to complete it this weekend, fingers crossed.

Thank you Charly, I do like it, but i'm more happy its finished, it will be made into a cushion now.
