For complete disclosure, I have made an error
and @Wraithlady’s card has gone to their neighbour who hasn’t been in for WL to collect it. Huge apologies for this - must try harder next year (or pass the baton on…)

We saw ILs today to exchange gifts over a coffee and mince pie. Such a subdued atmosphere. SIL not coming home anytime soon, is not up to visitors and as BIL is working this week she will have a miserable Christmas. Just shocking. 

Hope everyone is doing okay in respect of plans for next week and inclement weather.

Just popped in to wish you all a happy new year 🥳 I hope you all had a good Christmas. It’s a magical but challenging time for lots of people.
I hope you could collect your card @Wraithlady, I could kick myself for not photographing it before I posted it but here’s a photo of the design I used.
  @Coxy11 I think you can forgive yourself, it’s been a lot to take on in a year when you’ve also moved house and all sorts of jobs. 

I didn’t have much on my list this year only 5 and achieved 3.
1. Retirement gift the best is yet to come complete

3. card for exchange Tiny Nativity complete 
4. Welcome sampler Cotton and Twine complete 
5. A year in the life of stitched April and part of May

Happy new year everyone, me and my OH have been ill all christmas and new year, lets hope the rest of the year improves.

I'm sure coxy will be along to start our 2025 thread, you have nothing to apologise for, mistakes happen we are only human afterall or so the tickbox says so, lol

I have no plans for this year craft wise, i will see what jumps out at me.

My 2024 list

1. Complete Seascape cross stitch kit - completed
2. Use up stash - used stash and bought more oh well

Sorry to hear you've been poorly @nmm - what rotten luck especially over the festive period. Do hope you and OH are on the mend now.

We put Christmas away today which has made the house look very dull! I've had a look back at my list for 2024 and this is the result:

My 2024 list will be:

*Finish Haberdashery Shop - fail!

*Frame HSC Rudolf Sampler - success!

*Display PL city series (need some picture hooks) - fail!

*Finish crochet slipover - success!

*Let it Snow - this is actually called Jingle Bells lovvvl - fail!

*Make some items to sell for charity - lavender hearts/gonk garland/snowflakes - semi-success!
