Three data reward sim changes

Weird thing is happening on mine - I seemed to lose the allowance. But I did contact Three who were fairly useless. However since contacting them - now my balance goes down as I use data - but then goes back up again a few hours later. eg it went from £3.60 to £3.40, then back up to £3.6, Next day went from £3.60 to £3.45, then back to £3.60 again!
I'm not sure whether me contacting them has made them put some sort of temporary fix on the issue, as I have another sim which I haven't contacted them about yet, and that got all the credit wiped out and has stayed remained at 0.000 -
Also, I've just contacted them regarding the second sim I have - the balance was down to 0p, but they claim they have now added the 200mb data back for each month, reset on 1st of month. Then a few minutes later the data started working - so maybe it's good now, but you just have to contact them?0

I was told the 200MB Data Reward tariff was no longer on the system.
IIRC if you only use a tiny amount of data, they initially "earmark" 20p for the data usage but then put it back if the usage is only a few kB. It will eventually go down as you use data at the rate of 10p/MB.
As for the SIM with 0p, are you sure you have 200MB data, as that would contradict what they've been saying?2 -

If you complain on the Live chat they have told me they will look into it, in the meantime they have credited 1GB of data for the month0

Seeing this thread has made me check my account, "There are no allowances & benefits to show".
I have £1.21 credit from my original £2 top up.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
I wanted to check my Reward Sim balance but 444 no longer gives the option to check, so I went to the Three website to check there - The site would not recognise my number without Re-registering !!
After Re-registering I then noticed that I had no allowances.
Further checking revealed that my 3-2-1 deal had also disappeared !!
I suspect that, by forcing Re-registration, Three are using that to end the 'free 200mb data for life'
TIP -- Don't Re-register if you can avoid it...2 -

CS told me firstly that the plan had expired, and then, that I did not have a chargeable event for 6 months - they just made this up. Eventually agreed to escalate with no commitment to timescale.2 -
A month on from the initial observations, can I check people's findings?
Has the 200Mb free per month stopped being provided, whether people re-register or not? Ie. Did those who used their data in November find it failed to reload this month? Without re-registering for My3?
I've certainly been charged the new higher rates for 15p texts since re-registering.1
