Yes. My fiancée has the same easy access saver, with full app/OLB access and has never had another account with Santander.ClaraSolis said:
Oooh ok, I thought I had to have a current account to be able to keep the easy access saver. So even if I switch, I should still have access to my other accounts in the app?WillPS said:ClaraSolis said:I was looking at doing the TSB Switch with my Santander account, which was previously an account I had set up for switching bonus offers. But as I have a credit card and an Easy Access Saver on there (5.08%), I assume I can't really switch it?Why? That credit card and savings account aren't exclusively for current account holders are they?CASS will only switch your current account, nothing else will change.
If so, I will have to look at what I need to do to switch to TSB then!

Hmmmm........
Just had a thought.
The 'log in to mobile banking' bit, does that include the app?
Or should we go through the internet/google way to be on the safe side?0 -
Does anyone know how long it takes TSB to merge accounts, I already had an account with them all set up on the app but when applying for this had to set up temporary details and now currently have a separate login in, just wondering when I can view it all together on the app?

If it happens, it'll happen overnight after the new account has been logged in to.pokemaster said:Does anyone know how long it takes TSB to merge accounts, I already had an account with them all set up on the app but when applying for this had to set up temporary details and now currently have a separate login in, just wondering when I can view it all together on the app?
In my experience it probably won't happen unless you ask them to do it though.1 -
I've now met all the criteria for the £150 but now to wait an age for it to come. Hope the Nationwide deal doesn't end before TSB pays out0

I spoke to Nationwide today, the lady I spoke to seemed very chill about it. She told me the last one went for 18 months before they pulled it and because of the recent rebranding she'd be very surprised if they pulled it any time soon. She seemed pretty confident that it would be around for a couple of months at the very least.moneyworrier2021 said:I've now met all the criteria for the £150 but now to wait an age for it to come. Of course she could just not know the inner workings but there you go
EDIT - I was pretty shocked how quickly TSB pulled this one. Only 3 weeks, that's highly unusual even for bonus accounts
I've just met the criteria now, set up 2 DD's today, logged into my account on both my mobile and the web, and bought a Freddo Chocolate for 30p on my bank card at Sainsbury1 -
Mine still hasn't merged properly yet, and it started in February! If it goes wrong you can probably eventually squeeze some compo out of them.pokemaster said:WillPS said:

So today's the day so I went on chat again, was advised that it could happen any time all the way to midnight tonight..... However if they is discrepancies between the accounts and it doesn't then I have to go to a branch with my cards and ID to submit a manual merge request.Isn't one of the switch terms you have to log in to the app at least once? I don't want to have to keep having to log in and out of the app between the accounts, what a stupid system, why can't they be like the other banks and the current account just appears next to your other ones?or it might have said "online or app" I'm not sure?EDIT: The chat person then went on to say they could only talk about the account I am messaging them from and couldn't verify the other account, so visit the branch to query this or call them to try complete security on the other account.... Guess once the 6 months of £10 is up this will make a good account to switch as feel like this is taking the mick a bit1

Does anyone have the details of the offer please? I applied in time, and the switch has occurred (with 2 DDs in place), but I can't remember any of the other details. ie Do I need to fund the account or have a minimum balance? Do I need to make purchases? Do I need to log on to internet banking? I wasn't expecting the offer to be pulled and that I'd be able to get the details at a later date.0
