    Received my £150 incentive from TSB on 15 Nov and reassured by the appearance in my messages today of a Notifying Customer Request To Switch Out (to Barclays) letter. Now just wondering if I can be bothered popping to the local Co-op or Sainsbury's and making enough small purchases using the TSB debit card to squeeze £10 double cashback out of them before the switch completes.
  • Yes my £150 arrived on the 15th, I will plod on and get my double bonus on my debit card for the duration as I have debit card payments that don’t actually cost me anything to make and currently I can’t see any new bank switches that are available or suited to me so happy to wait a while.

    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    My wife switched to TSB in July with 2 active DDs. Both paid out in August and she got the first £125. However, she noticed today that one of the DDs inexplicably hasn't been paid out since the first payment on 8th August. She is now wondering whether she will get the other £75. She got into live chat to ask what is going on, but it was just a useless chatbot. Has this happened to anybody else?

    The direct debits don't need to pay out at any stage. They just need to remain active (i.e. able to be paid out).
