So I managed to get the account set up and got my account number sort code etc by using Google Chrome, but then messed up the switching form by putting the wrong debit card digits in.... I really must slow down and double check, so I filled in the switch form again with the right digits. Going to try contact them tomorrow to get them to delete the wrong form if I can... What a doughnut I am, then gotta wait to see if the switch happens and the money at end of November gonna be a long wait0

Anyone else had this happen to them? I had not even got to doing the switch info yetI got all the way to making a temp login and then it gave me this error again, anyone else having issues on Firefox? or is it just mine. Will start a chat with them tomorrow.I was making my user id and password and it just seem to refresh or something and display this, making me think its not worth the hassle and perhaps go over to Nationwide switch instead
It's been an issue with Firefox since at least August, pretty shoddy on TSB's part but I can only recommend you use another browser (and do so within 24 hrs so it'll at least - probably - not do an extra hard credit search).

I've now got it set up as went through Chrome, but messed up with the switching form. I've since contacted the TSB switching team who said they would cancel my first one (they said the 2nd one I submitted straight after wouldn't have gone though anyway) and have now advised me to try the switch again, was on the phone in total around 6 minutes (including time on hold waiting to talk to someone) let's see what happens next

So I just completed the account application, and used the switch PDF form too. I switched from the Lloyds and got the £175 incentive in the last few days. I'm going to setup 2 DD as it says in the blurb to get the TSB incentive because it looks like the Nationwide FlexDirect will require you to have them already setup before you switch.
I hope I get the incentive quickly from TSB and do not have to wait all the way to 30th Nov. I don't want to miss out on the Nationwide FlexDirect incentive.0 -
I was looking at doing the TSB Switch with my Santander account, which was previously an account I had set up for switching bonus offers. But as I have a credit card and an Easy Access Saver on there (5.08%), I assume I can't really switch it?

TSB seem to pay all rewards at once the last few times, you likely will be waiting until mid-November at least.

That credit card and savings account aren't exclusively for current account holders are they?CASS will only switch your current account, nothing else will change.2

If so, I will have to look at what I need to do to switch to TSB then!0 -

My switch is all complete with the 2 DD and make a purchase today using the card so I've hit all the criteria.0
