Just received my "Welcome! Your switch to TSB is complete" letter but not mention of the free money. Is it normally mentioned in this letter? Does it arrive soon after the letter?

I applied in time, and the switch has occurred (with 2 DDs in place), but I can't remember any of the other details. ie Do I need to fund the account or have a minimum balance? Do I need to make purchases? Do I need to log on to internet banking? I wasn't expecting the offer to be pulled and that I'd be able to get the details at a later date.
From what I wrote down, you need to do for the switch money:> Complete switch by 30th October> Make at least one payment using the card> Login to mobile banking app at least once> Have minimum of 2 DDsFor Double Cashback £5+£5> Make 20 card transactions before end of month (and make sure they are cleared and not pending)(STARTING in the month you got the account)Cashback should arrive around 20th of following month (Its possible that the extra £5 will come in on a different day to the first £5)2 -

No, it arrives shortly before the date indicated in the offer terms and conditions. They pay everyone all at once.

The 'log in to mobile banking' bit, does that include the app?
Or should we go through the internet/google way to be on the safe side?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

General question here, I have had confirmation from a chat conversation that I have completed the criteria to receive the switch incentive. If I were to close this account and switch to another bank before receiving the bonus, would the £150 be passed into my new switched account?
I am looking at the Club Lloyds switch for a £175 bonus. However looking at the T&C's it does look like you don't actually need any direct debits. My thinking now is that I could just keep my TSB account open until I receive the £150. Using one of my other non-Lloyds banks I could set up a new current account and just use that account to switch to Llloyds, would that work? How to get the £175 bonus:
- Open the account online, by phone or in branch.
- Switch in an account from a different bank by 14 November 2023.
- The £175 is paid within three working days of the switch completing.
