Haha @foxgloves it's a full pack of garlic slices and a full pack of mozzarella sticks so definitely no tummy room for chips, although it should leave just enough space for some dessert of Terry's chocolate orange 😁
I'm vaguely trying to cut down on junk food but when my body goes overly painful I feel entirely justified of all the lovely unhealthy things on the grounds of needing comfort, needing extra calories for moving and healing, and also the grounds of however 'good' I am I'll still be in constant pain for the rest of my life so sod that for a lark!

Where did I pluck Wendells from? Wenzels. Wenzels the bakery. This is what happens when I don't get pastry wrapped protein 😂

    Anyway, happy Friday all!

Entered Omaze flash draw before post was collected

Quarter wussy situps. This may have been a mistake, shoulder-wise

    Usuals

Deferred shower and hairwash until tomorrow to give shoulder a chance to recover a bit. Frustrating but sensible. Wanted to clean the flat too. Oh well.

Lots of bits and bobs off the to-do list though, including some that were threatening to lurk for weeks

    Entered some competitions by post

Finished a book (Gregg Hurwitz, Dark Horse from the Orphan X series) while eating leftovers for lunch

    20 minute carpet walk

    Three surveys

    Four receipt surveys

£20 survey cashout and £12.49 from ziffit, shares to tax/current/flat/mothers day

£100 from HMRC, blimey. They didn't c*ck it up or take forever. I'm nervous. This isn't usual. Will decide how to allocate when I get over the shock.

Mr PIP wants to treat us to an end of month takeaway which I am more than happy with. Might get Greek, I fancy a veggie moussaka

Have a lovely Friday evening everyone 🥂

Hope your shoulder settles down quickly.
end of month takeaway is a great idea of MrPIP.  Our menfolk are doing well today as MrBC has just made onion bhajis and poured me a glass of wine.

Btw, does anyone know why my profile says I have 26 threads when in fact I have 6?

PennysIntoPounds There is always room for dessert. Everyone has a second stomach just for the sweet stuff so there is always room. That my theory anyway. :D:D

Absolutely @ladyholly, cows have four stomachs so we must do too, basic science innit

@Blackcats you and MrBC are a bad influence!
We got our Greek takeaway but also had to get onion bhajis from the Indian, and they gave us free poppadoms and dipping sauces
