If you're doing anything strenuous only shock absorber will do (imo), they supported me in horse riding and running when I was a J. I get last season's colours for a fraction of the price.
If you don't need that level of support then M&S but they can be hit and miss so might need you to try on and jump around. I wear M&S for general gym type stuff (when I go).
I do also have a surprisingly good one I bought for safari, hours and hours of off roading in a jeep. No soreness. No straps digging in, could still breathe and laugh. I'll go check what make it is.

You too young bean @beanielou, hopefully we shall both have wholesome and productive ones, or at least ones involving biscuits and books 🥂
How are people interpreting the govt advice to have a few days worth of cash available? I'm finding it difficult to see what could be bought if there was a huge crisis and we also heeded having a few days of food and water in. A hundred quid for bartering locally? All the money you'd usually spend in shops and on any services and on bills inc mortgage? Could do with more in-depth guidance!

I've been meaning to squirrel away some emergency cash for ages so this advice has given me a push to do it. I haven't decided how much yet though.
2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!0
