An in-between phase

Thanks @KajiKita it's pretty much all under a tenner and in the vast majority £2 or £3 pieces, but it all adds up. Though I found out today that vinted reports you to HMRC not just for total sales over £1700 in a calendar year but if you've sold over 30 items regardless of total vinted income. Obviously it's important that people are honest and pay their taxes so we have a
functioningsociety but I can't see that it's the best use of HMRC's (or my) time to have to explain multiple pre-owned couple of quid sales over 12 months. Or why they base it in calendar years rather than tax years, so the individual and HMRC could more easily apply it to overall earnings tax owed if required. Ho hum, there's an admin task to look forward to in the new year!My nails are usually a disgrace too and I have no idea why they're currently great but I am taking full advantage of enjoying

According to a TV quiz programme today, fingernails grow more in the summer months. The warmer weather causes the blood vessels to dilate, therefore increasing the flow of oxygen & nutrients to the nails.

Wow @kayannie that explains why I have been cutting mine over the warm weather. I loved them long but seemed to get so much dirt lodged under them that it was a faff trying to keep them clean.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Thanks mates. @Blackcats there is no escape from build admin! I've frankly given up on the idea we might have our home even vaguely how we want it this month, all our energy is taken up with chasing professionals we've paid and begging them to do their effing joooooooooooobs. Anyhoo, I am a calm and collected woman and all will be well. I look forward to hearing about it from my lovely cosy quiet padded cell.
