My Mum has always held the view that cleaning is a fine thing to do when there is nothing more interesting on offer.

Thrills on a Monday are overrated @PennysIntoPounds. I get mine on a Friday when I have give up at 5pm and open the beer. I stop thrilling activities at roughly 10.30 when I fall asleep in front of the TV.

And as for those builders! Pah! Don’t let them take you down now at the final few (but sizeable) hurdles. Chin up chuck.

Sent a sarcy message to builder in group chat thanking him for replying to my last message (he did not) and saying that as he presumably also won't be replying to my emails I shall proceed accordingly. Can't actually be bothered with the upset of taking legal action but he's only even bothering to vaguely do the warranty work since I mentioned it as a possibility, so not taking the prospect away until he's done it.
Was only on there relaying information from the warranty provider that basically builders documents are a joke. However then felt bad as it stressed Mr PIP so left the group chat (again) in case I gave in to the temptation of telling builder exactly what I think of him, or in case I see a post from SiL and give in to the temptation of telling her exactly what I think of her.
Must remember I'm a womble calm and collected woman

So other than being p*ssed off and stressed most of the day, just work and a carpet walk. Oh and a survey

Anyway, no bad vibes on a whatever day it is, going to have a beer with Mr PIP in the soggy garden with fairy lights on, got an easy pizza and salad for dinner, and will choose a comforting book to read with it, and hopefully tomorrow will bring only loveliness and productivity

And got £200 on the PB, thank you Ernie

Survey cashouts, shares to usual pots, Aim £500 Got £260

Hooray for the win 🥳 Beer, pizza and fairy lights sounds like just the thing for a stressful day.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪
