Feeling very grumpy and unmotivated today. Bad dreams and back ache are not a good combo. Got an update from various people about the build and am too exhausted by the whole process to even read it let alone organise it into scathing comments I need to be restrained from sending, which is most unlike me. Please send energy and motivation. Hope everyone else is having a productive and fulfilling Wednesday1

I've just heard that another dear family friend has died. She was meant to be having an appointment with a consultant about having a pacemaker fitted today. We're devastated.1 -
