Not much to report. Usuals, few carpet walks, did bank complaint.
Ridiculous that I didn't even want it to be a complaint and they've handled it so badly it now is. Complaint included in real time the hour on their livechat, apparently the quickest way to contact them, just to be able to complain about them, like a beginners guide to Kafka.
Mum came over for a couple of drinks and raising them to our friend. Good to see her.
Generally feeling gutted and existential tired.
Realised that in under three years, if you include cats which I do because for me they're close family, we have had 11 personal losses. That averages out at a big death every three months for the last few years.
No wonder I'm an exhausted nervous wreck of a woman, and that's not even taking everything else into account.

that’s too many losses for anyone to cope with comfortably .. give yourself some graceDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I was woken up by it at 5am but it settled down early fortunately. Though according to the weather forecast it's raining for the next six days!

I thought of you today as there’s been a 5p coin on the desk where I sit at work for about 2 weeks now. We operate on a hot desk basis so technically it’s not my desk but I lay claim to it the 3 days a week I’m in the office. It was originally on the floor but the cleaners must have moved it. I can’t be sure it’s mine although my purse tends to spit out coins randomly 😆 Obviously no one dares touch it so am wondering how long it will stay there before someone cracks 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

What a thing to be thought about over @Sun_Addict 😂 I need all the help I can get though, have a look around the other desks and see if there's enough to buy a stamp to send it to me 😁
Having said that, if anyone can make use of any camra 50p off a pint of real ale or real cider vouchers, supposedly accepted in various pubs though seems to be largely 'spoons in London, DM me and I'll post you some as I won't use them before May
Chair yoga was good @beanielou, wouldn't be challenging enough for all the yoga-y exercise-y bods on here, but I've done it once before (also online) and feel like I need the chair limit restriction to try to help stop my CPC joints from over-extending and doing more harm than good.
Though literally about five seconds into the class she said 'we're going to turn our focus inwards' so I did and started crying. Quickly turned focus back outwards again!
How come you're not doing yours?1
