I think you've got it @WinterWarrior, you clever crossword person! Lama would be A for Ace and Mal backwards (raised); sick in France I assume is something like mal as in malaise2
-
Yes - as in mal de mer = sea sick. I assumed lama but had no idea why.

I can't be doing with mayo on anything. Or sauce in general.
10k would pay for a lot of sauces, so everything crossed for you.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

You're all chip and sauce wrong 'uns x
A lovely evening was had yesterday, once we got in to our friends home- we were so nearly there and had to stop to manage a situation of a group of people with an unconscious woman who'd been complaining of chest pains, eek. Well, I didn't have to stop but it's the [STRIKE]bossy[/STRIKE] right thing to do. Hope she's alright. A good reminder that while we can't avoid the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, we can get our check-ups and jabs and recurring background minor worries attended to!

Went to mums with papers, got allotment purple spuds in return
Bits and bobs of domestic tasks
Flat clean
Used the TCB £5 back on a £20 spend offer to get a Christmas gift
Received a promo box from Oatly with a mug, a carton of oat milk, and 40 PG Tips!
15 minute walk, found a pen, which I appreciate isn't that exciting but it's the exact same as a pen I lost a week ago that has been driving me mad as I'm sure I last had it in the flat. Anyway, this one has more ink in it so a win!
Prepped cheesy potatoes with Mr PIP
20 minute walk and couple of camra discount beers
Hope everyone is having a safe and cosy/happily exciting Saturday night
