An in-between phase

  • Savoury bread and butter pudding made with leftover sandwiches, yum.
  • You have me looking out for mcmo tokens! There were empty boxes in the playground, sadly detokened. Also sad because litter is especially annoying in a playground
  • Maybe not with egg and cress or brie and cranberry @redofromstart!

No harm in getting involved @WelshmansDaughter, especially when there's a 100k main prize. That is a shame about litter in a playground, though I often find myself tutting then realise it's probably often foxes scattering rubbish.
Mr PIP and I are constantly bemoaning the awful manners of people who aren't dropping their McMo tokens on the street when we go for a walk and don't find any

  • I always find seeing them makes me want a mcd.
Good point about the foxes. Although I’d imagine these foxes come in the shape of teenagers with nothing to do.
Although they did manage to attach a supermarket trolley to an electric scooter and ride around with it so maybe there is hope for them yet 🤦
  • Feeling very unmotivated today. Grieving is so bloody tiring. Anyway, managed to get some bits dragged through:

    Admin
    Tidying
    Comping

    Tiny bit of spec work
    A third wussy situps
    Shower and hairwash

Tried to contact housing association about fixing the landing lights but neither of their email addresses are in use so attempted to sign up to their online 'hub' but it wouldn't let me create an account and said to call them. Summoned up the energy to call and they said despite living here I have to ask the main tenant every time I want to report or ask something. So helpful, so efficient.

    Three receipt surveys
    25 minute carpet walk
Bit of plant repotting and cuttings potted
    25 minute carpet walk
Deleted a bunch of old emails

And that is me done for the day. Dinner is using up open jar of sauce with spaghetti.
And I am wearing my fancy olio lounge trousers which are very comfy, so that's something a bit cheering

Not me, I'm very unimpressed with their past conduct! Maybe @Sun_Addict @foxgloves @EssexHebridean

Sorry it wasn't you.  I know I read the code on someones thread a couple of days ago but I just cannot remember who it was.  So annoying when your memory lets you down.  I ought to be used to it by now as my username is not a joke but a statement of fact.
  • I'm sure one of our fine friends will be able to provide one soon @badmemory
Easy to not be able to place a specific post when we have the good fortune of being surrounded by interesting lovely MSErs!

I do hope so, what a waste otherwise.
