So. Horrendously long time since commenting and caught up with 204 posts since my last read!Things have not been easy and I’m very sorry to hear about your friend. I lost a friend to MND a couple of years ago. A very cruel disease that robs you of your physicality but leaves your brain in tact. I realise it is absolutely no consolation to know but perhaps the shockingly speedy way your friend was taken from you was a better for him than what lay ahead. I wish you peace.Your general wombling, olioing, saving, determination, perseverance and humour is a lesson and inspiration to us all. And the wussy sit ups are surely a thing of beauty. The council, hospital trust and ouchy painful limbs are maybe less beautiful but your steely determination and eloquent writing style brings them to life for us readers and has us rooting for you from the ether.Keep going, keep trying, keep writing. You probably have no idea how much you are appreciated and supported.🙂2

Tidying
30 minute walk getting some tortilla wraps from olio. Also picked up a few cans of beer from tesco, reduced to clear. Northern Monk Fruit Twist IPA to £1.79 and Brewdog Black Heart to £1.
Found two McMo tokens
Receipt survey
Tiny bit of spec work
In todays so helpful, so efficient, got a text you can't reply to from my Doctors saying I could book a free health check and giving me appointment options... with absolutely no indication of how long the health checks last so no way of knowing when you can actually fit it in
45 minute walk getting three loaves of olio breads
Found 5p
Comping
Prepped sauce for dinner tortillas
Got a £20 amazon voucher from a survey provider so decided I had enough money to go to the pub for a bit of solitary chill time and to look again at the Sunday Times cryptic crossword which I thought I would attempt in honour of my friend, and which is entirely beyond me. I may become the first person ever to hold a séance to ask what 7 Down is
