So sorry to hear about your friend. MND is a terrible disease and it’s about time a cure was found. Someone at work lost his life to it a couple of years ago, he was the same age as your friend. So blooming unfair ☹️ Sending hugs your way xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

So sorry to hear the sad news. MND really is a horrible disease - I used to help care for a lovely man with it. xx1

So sorry PIP1

Thank you all for your kind words and general loveliness x
Mr PIP is out all day at a beer event with his mates, I wasn't really up for being sociable. He's said he'll order takeaway pizza when he gets back so I've been trying to do some bits to merit the treat.
Shower and hairwash
20 minute walk to get a baguette, managed to resist the long list of wants

Tidying
Comping
Ordered a free underwear set, just need to make sure I cancel the subscription
30 minute walk dropping off soft plastics and getting milk with the coop members offer, found six McMo tokens
Used TCB promotion to order Mr PIP some t-shirts for Christmas, so now I can spend three months worrying about if they're the right size
Domestic bits like defluffing one of the cat's blankets (yes I know she died two months ago, I've been getting round to it)
Mum is coming round shortly so we can have a glass of wine and a bit of a mope together ❤️

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1
