15 minute walk to food co-op. Costs £3, reckon we got about £10 worth. Found 2p

30 minutes walk collecting some lounge trousers from Olio. Only realised when I got back they're brand new with tags still on, and usually cost £65.
Part of me thinks I should try to sell them for the flat pot but I think I'll just guiltily enjoy having something cosy I wouldn't be able to spend on for myself

50 minute walk with Mr PIP to have a pint and a catch up, found six McMo tokens

Dinner is cheese and onion mashed potato with baked beans

You have earned the trousers with a 30minute walk. If you like them and they fit dont even think about selling them.

You won’t get £65 for them second hand. Enjoy them 😊 It’s the Universe deciding you need a pick me up 😉❤️

  • Thank you my lounge trousers crew @ladyholly @Sun_Addict @KajiKita. They fit perfectly in both waist and leg so I'll take your advice, stop feeling guilty, and just enjoy a nice thing

  • If they fit perfectly then they re clearly intended for you, and as they have now found their rightful owner it would be quite frankly cruel to send them away again now.

I'm sorry for the  news about your friend too - sending hope that he will make a recovery, and that if not, you get to say your goodbyes in a way that feels right for you both.

Just catching up.  Sorry to hear about your friend.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
