  • I scoffed the lot @WinterWarrior!
Enjoyed the series too, it was Big Mood, a comedy drama about a woman with bipolar disorder and her friend. Available to view for free on channel 4 player

I think a lot of folk find too much socialising tough - probably far more than would ever dream of admitting it! I unquestionably have a fairly slid degree of social anxiety - and although there isn't much I can do about it, just knowing it has a name, it is a "thing" not just me being rubbish, and that I can manage a small amount of social stuff but need to "recharge" after and around it has made a huge difference to me.  I will freely admit that after MrEH vaguely mentioned that yes, he might think about a party for his upcoming "notable" birthday, I never even ONCE mentioned it again after that as I was quietly confident that he would forget, and through choice, i was absolutely NOT lining myself up for that level of social torture!

An old boss and I coined the word "Antisociable" - it's wholly different to anti-social, but we both knew exactly what we meant by it!

Mr PIP brought back some little shelves his dad had cut for us from spare wood to fit the limited bathroom space, which was very sweet of him. We need to coat them in something though, any recommendations that are cheaper than Danish Oil?

An hour walk dropping off small electrics recycling and getting bits from Aldi.
Saw a man with a pigeon on his shoulder doing some street gardening in a gas access hole

    More stuff from mums

Had to have some reviving biscuits, shame this comp is ending, we've done well out of it. Probably better for the waistline though!

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k but the coffee, cheese and wine bundle would be right up my street

Booked tetanus jab for tomorrow, thanks for the reminder @KajiKita

    20 minute carpet walk
    Listed an item on ebay

We thought we were out this evening so had larger later lunches but plans changed so we'll have cheese and crackers for dinner

I love the things you see in your area - man with a pigeon on his shoulder 🤣 Having said that there is a bloke where I live who used to walk around with an owl on his shoulder 😆
