Link sent…I lied, they were £10.98, but my memory obviously isn’t what it was, and have now gone up a touch, but worth it imo. You could get a similar single one for less….but then you couldn’t share 😭
i hope you feel better soon.

No it isn't a chronic pain thing.  Too much of the people thing & I could easily scream, except of course we are all way too polite (well most days).
  • Nephew got a balance board and thought it would be perfect for core for someone with joint problems
  • I definitely think having to spend so much of one's life being so aware of being in one's own body makes us natural introverts @beanielou. And the general exhaustion!

Though as @badmemory says lots of people find other people exhausting, because they are!

Ah, 'balance' might be a word that is somewhat absent from my body's vocabulary @WelshmansDaughter 😁

  • Happy Fathers Day to those who celebrate, and kind thoughts and gentle hugs to those who find it a difficult day

Mr PIP has gone over to see his parents and I'm having a quiet day of contemplation and self-care. Will raise a glass to my dad later

So far I have done tidying and admin, and next on the list is watching an episode of a series and if I like it maybe having a bit of a binge watch, under a blanket with some chocolate raisins my mum gifted me

Hope everyone is having an enjoyable Sunday whatever you're doing or not doing x
