Of course not @Blackcats, that would be most un-cat-like! 😁 Lovely to see you back, looking forward to hearing about your possibly East African few days away 😂
Leaving things out for others to take is so much more predominant in this area than other areas I've lived in @Sun_Addict, I love it- both finding things and putting bits out for others. But if you're seeing litter, look closely at it indeed as there might be a McDonald's current competition token amongst it, and you could get a free something to eat or even a small to large cash prize!1 -

We have lots of little boxes around the streets near work which have books in - I always keep my eye out for Mark Billingham books in one as I found several there in one go a while back. I also now have pictures on my phone of those, the Lee Child and also Peter May books we have so I know if the ones I see are ones we are missing or not. One of the best things about having a bigger house is that it means we can now keep the Lee Child books rather that relying on finding them again in charity shops if we want to read them again!
Loving the cat appreciation survey! I just noticed that I have a YouGov one to do so I should probably make sure I get that done - and once again I swear here and now that when I do finally hit that £50 threshold this time (probably some time shortly before my 90th birthday) THAT IS IT - I AM OUT! (I've said that twice before too and then that little flutter of short enticing ones they send you immediately after cash-out has lured me back)
Veg splodge is very similar to the sort of pasta sauce I usually throw together as well. In fact, I may well be doing something exactly along those lines tonight - you've encouraged me on the adding some beans for 5 a day purposes as well - I only usually do that if the splodge is intended to be a vaguely chilli-style splodge. I'm currently trying to maximise plants eaten in a week though so that's a decent sneaky way of doing it!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

We're a sad household today as a dear old family friend died last night, mum is particularly hit by it as she'd known him for fifty years.
The temptation to go back to bed with a book is strong but the things need to be done, so done they will be.
Main aims for today:
Client call
40 minute walk to Lidl to use coupon on coffee
Stop making myself feel guilty for not returning something then buying it again with a 50p off voucher. I would usually try to make myself do this but we've entered the receipt in a competition on Mr PIP's phone and I don't want to cause extra faff for either of us when we have quite enough to be getting on with
Small bit of work as soon as I can make myself do it which is going to be once I've finished this post. Definitely.
Zopa pot for NI is available today so need to at least look into how to sort those HMRC payments out
More small work once it's sent over
Brave slow technology and try to get pics from google drive to send to a friend for her partners birthday
Preferably more steps, whether inside or out
Any progress on other bits on to-do list
And if I do all that then I am allowing meeting Mr PIP after work for a couple of beers
