    I think the build misadventures would make a great news story.

    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

    More steps picking up some olio books, including one my friend recommended to me years ago that I haven't got round to reading so I was delighted to see that (The Vegetarian by Han Kang)

    Our friends cancelled due to family issues so we cracked on with cleaning, laundry, watering the plants etc, and I did a big survey

    A bits and bobs day, was hoping to smash it in a focused way but was tired from being woken up by next door, then too many little things kept needing to be dealt with, then the windows guys came to make the adjustments the building controller wants.
    I will be so relieved when random men stop needing to be in my home. Have asked Mr PIP to send builders an email as we paid for completion stage in May and it is now September. Fair enough they have other work but don't take the mick

    Awwww … for the first conker of the season, brings back rich childhood memories 😊 I once had a 25er until R Lambert from my class smashed it to pieces! 😉

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £209,304
    - OPs to mortgage = £20,180 Estd. interest saved = £10,393 to date
    c. 17 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 78 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 29th October. 
    Produce tracker: £348 of £400 in 2026

    *sends mean glare towards R Lambert. You know what you did * @KajiKita we still owe them 1k for installing kitchen and there is b*gger all way they're getting that until they've done the work we paid them nearly 8k for four months ago
