As at 16.10.26:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £209,304
- OPs to mortgage = £20,180 Estd. interest saved = £10,393 to date
c. 17 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 78 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 29th October.
Produce tracker: £348 of £400 in 2026

I had noticed that too. Diaries I’d subscribed to that hadn’t been updated for years were at the top of my list. I’ve rectified that by sorting them in order but everything still looks a bit odd. Why do they have to keep changing things for the worse 🤷♀️
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪6 -
Thank you for starting that thread. The new 'upgrade' is awful. I hope they listen! It's not even 'a bit different but we'll get used to it'. It's just bizarre!
