Glad that you legally exist at last. Boo to the worst builders ever in the history of mankind.

Oh that is indeed very rubbish of the builders. I can't abide poor comms. On the plus side, at least you exist. There have to be some positive benefits to that!
2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!3 -
Lots of big building projects around by me that dont seem to be moving at all.

really glad to hear that you legally exist at last. Hopefully that’s the start of good news 🤞🤞 xx
slowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T2 -
Thank you @beanielou @foxgloves @southern_chick 😊
Cannot wait for these builders to be gone from our lives. Tbf I don't think they're worse than any others. Would be wonderful if this govt plan to have a centralised database of trustworthy traders comes off, why it hasn't already existed for decades is beyond me
But pleased to be officially existing! Though this has now unlocked next level build admin. Worst game ever 😁

Steps buying a floor cleaner, from Argos who I'd vowed never to buy from again after the oven saga, but it was half the price than other places so no need to mug myself. Bothered to get the nectar points retroactively applied too after realising I hadn't linked my accountBuild admin. The usual joys of dealing with the council. We have to send evidence to the council of council tax within six months to avoid a bill of thousands of pounds but the council can take six months to provide evidence of council tax.
If Joseph Heller was writing Catch 22 about dealing with this council he would have given it up as too ridiculous.Steps buying part of my Christmas present for mum to give to me as I saw The Works is selling the latest Thursday Murder Club in paperback for a fiver but she doesn't have one near her
Nectar app is doing random bonus points if you have it, got 2 and a half pence, but that's 2 and a half pence I didn't have before!
Client pay, shares to usual pots Aim £500 Got £180

Ugh to the builders and council causing so much stress and adding to the never ending build admin 😞 Good news you officially exist. I wish all this carp would settle down for you though.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
Thanks @Sun_Addict. While I know its for a good cause and other people are going through much worse, its still awful.
Never knowing when builders will be in contact let alone do the work, and having to dread men traipsing about your home and rearranging your days for them and deal with them, and then the kafka council, or kouncil, being completely insane, and spending all your days and evenings trying to work out how to fit together the jigsaw of things that don't fit but have to be done, does not lend itself to one being a chill and wholesome person in any way
