A warning if you transfer in using previous years ISA , check your account because they taken the transferred amount off of this years allowance. Do not bother using chat bot to sort it out -- a waste of time.Wish i had not bothered with Nat West more hassle than than any other ISA provider we have used..2

Still waiting on these clowns, got the email on the 3rd to say i'd get a text with my activation code within 48hrs and still nothing. I see the deadline for new cash is the 9th so getting tight now!1 -
I opened their 2 Year ISA this morning. As a current account customer it all seemed to go OK. No further ID required so far. It will be the new home for a 2 Year Virgin ISA at 4.11% with 1year and 7 months left to run. I did have the option to fund it whilst applying but seeing remarks here I decided to wait until I can see the account online which should be tomorrow. If all is well I can meet the Aug 14th external transfer request date.1

Applied for an ISA account on the 6th of August. Will transfer an EA from YBS. ID checks done on the 7th and account details mailed to me this morning. YBS have informed me yesterday that transfer process is underway. All seems seamless and very good. Some folks complain about anything.Mortgage free

If you cant perform the transfer online you can download an ISA transfer form from the Nat West website and post it to them. That is what I did

Other people have posted that it has not worked on a number of occasions.
You have no knowledge of why it didn't work on those occasions.3
