Nat West ISA application.

Have just submitted my application with Nat West for a 2-year ISA, I am not a Nat West customer. I have not received any acknowledgement one way or other regarding my application, what does this mean?
I thought if my info could not be verified, I would receive an email telling me how to proceed. Any help appreciated.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

suspect only Nat West can answer, could be many things, could be accepted and being setup, could be in a queue, could be getting checked by a person, until they communicate it’s all guess work.

I applied yesterday and received an email just saying nearly there and advising they will be in touch to let me know what to do next. Not impressed with this at all. The chat bot won't connect to a person as too busy and just says to log into the account which is not possible.1

I applied yesterday, been at the same address ages and never any problems opening accounts with electoral role verification. All I saw at the end of the application is they need a bit more info and will email me. Nothing received as yet. If I have to submit documents to Hooyu, it's ridiculous and I am not doing it. More info to be held elsewhere. That sort of thing should be reserved for marriage certs and conf of right to remain etc.
Very poor service, I have never really wanted a N/West or RBOS account, they suddenly offer something decent and the service is rubbish.Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes, thank you and no.
Thank you.1 -
I am thinking they are complete rubbish as well. I applied have had no email nothing. Rang today appalling transferred two different people then told you have to use the Chat Bot. So I don’t know what is happening at all. Do they have my application or don’t they I’m beginning to think I don’t care and I’m going elsewhere. Has anyone had any success with this.1

Had another email and text message asking me to upload my photo ID and a picture of myself so they can compare them. I've never had to provide ID to open any account before. I'm not comfortable with this so will just leave things and open an account elsewhere.0

Still waiting but I won't be proceeding regardless of what they tell me, I don't like the service so far and that's warning enough.
I also just looked at the Hooyu trustpilot reviews. I wouldn't have uploaded anything anyway but it just confirms things more.

Started the ball rolling. So far the only bank that hasn't just accepted an application immediately, but won't judge it until it goes wrong.
The 2 year doesn't start until the end of August though.
With a transfer, if it did go through before their start date, is the money just in limbo before late August? Who pays the interest in any interim period?0 -
