at the top average property UK got to almost £300K,

moving home with Charlie who seems to the expert all the radio shows have on say’s property is falling £1000 per week around £52K per year.

it seems he is right if average property price falls to about £250K a year after the top
Scary isn`t it, all due to lax lending, if housing was cheap for ordinary people we wouldn`t be in this "Mortgage Crisis" now.

Has somebody checked that the ownership is actually different (rather than merely on a separate title with the same owner as the house)?

Well unless there is a separate title for it as it doesn't match with the plan then there is an issue.

Sorry, I thought you had already found a title for it? I doubt it's the issue anyway.
