I was gonna suggest it wasn't the house itself but something in the area/searches that makes people pull out (presuming it's had offers, and hasn't just been sat on the market with no movement).
Something like - it's sat on a mine shaft, or you don't own the garden, or all the houses have RoW across your land, or they're about to stick a squillion houses on that beautiful view...

There seems to be a strip of land in between which is not registered. It goes behind all the properties in that block.
There is also a title deed regarding Mines & Minerals DU337641 connected to the land.
