I wanted to see where the land ran to and I can see another issue (I've checked the post code under land registry property search and there isn't another parcel of land attached to this house)
Have you done a map search? I presume the "missing" bit of garden may well not have a postcode...

The electricity pylon at the front might put some people off too.

Yes that's another reason I guess.! Good call I checked the map search and there are indeed several entries for the property plus another called "land at...."  so that probably explains that plus some various easements.

I was gonna suggest it wasn't the house itself but something in the area/searches that makes people pull out (presuming it's had offers, and hasn't just been sat on the market with no movement).

Something like - it's sat on a mine shaft, or you don't own the garden, or all the houses have RoW across your land, or they're about to stick a squillion houses on that beautiful view...

Interesting. I rather like the house.
I'm unsure about my spine, I think it's holding me back.

    9 viewings no offers
Yes the garden doesn't appear to be full on the plan.
Well will see after I've viewed it.

No offers. Well that knocks out my bright ideas then.

Are you one of the 9? Maybe something you can see in the flesh that doesn't show up online...?

There seems to be a strip of land in between which is not registered.  It goes behind all the properties in that block.

There is also a title deed regarding Mines & Minerals DU337641 connected to the land.

Yes, there's a back lane. I doubt that's an issue, or the minerals being in separate ownership.

Nope, not in a cats hell would I entertain it at that price, and my best offer would come in no more than half either
I'd probably pay a good chunk more than £200k
Thing is, if this had been priced sensibly in September it would probably have sold by now, it will be very unlikely to sell now without a massive discount.
