and the garden was actually quite unuseable.Rogerrabbit777 said:Beautiful views and outside area But people will see the amount of work that needs doing it in comparison to the price. If you are paying that sort of money you want a walk in modern property. Not something that needs modernising.0 -
Well it's been reduced another 25k...

Doesn't that put it below the price that the surveyor reported?Grizebeck said:Well it's been reduced another 25k...0 -
Region of 375.The kitchen and utility would want swapping around it should be next to the main dining room. The room are all good sized so the loft bedrooms are plenty large too, the house dousn't feel top heavy.1

So it has, 50k off now from original asking, but taken a whole YEAR nearly to get there, chasing the market down is the worst possible move in this climate.Grizebeck said:Well it's been reduced another 25k...1 -
If you know the area and the current market, what price could you see it realistically selling for?Grizebeck said:

I think in this climate it might make 300k, that would be a 125k price drop from original asking, but it could be that in the middle of nowhere next to a busy road isn`t what people are looking for now since they are being told to go back to the office and it just doesn`t sell? Do you know how many people have viewed it or how many offers they have had?0
