    Yes that's what I am thinking. Quite a lot over priced. Trying work how far the garden actually goes down. I downloaded the title plan to help me visualise it

    Yeah, that garden knocks out families with young children - the pictures suggest the little darling would disappear over the edge one day!

    Location isn`t nearly as nice though, but the original one still looks to be overpriced by about 200k.
    The views are wonderful but not worth it at that price

    So 50% increase in asking price now.

    That's OK just seeing if anything else sticks out to people as to why it's not moved apart from the price. 
    I noticed biomass boiler and septic tank (not really an issue as such)
